About the role#
Mannix Marketing is hiring a Collections Intern for a 90-day engagement. You will manage outstanding client invoices by reaching out to clients with past-due balances to confirm amounts and collect payments.
What you'll do#
- Call clients with past-due invoices.
- Confirm invoice details and amounts owed before each call.
- Process credit card payments over the phone.
- Document call outcomes and payment status after each contact.
- Escalate accounts involving disputes or non-payment to the team.
What you'll need#
- Comfort making a high volume of calls per shift.
- Clear, professional phone manner.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or phone-heavy customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, paid position.
- The term is fixed for 90 days.
- Schedule is part-time, between 15 and 25 hours per week.
- Candidates located in or around Queensbury, NY are preferred.
