HR Co-op (Fall 2026)

About the role#

Magnet Forensics is seeking an HR Co-op for the Fall 2026 term to support the human resources department. This role provides administrative assistance across various HR functions, including Business Partners, programs, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition. You will help coordinate departmental projects and processes while gaining exposure to global HR operations.

What you'll do#

• Support global HR administration, including filing, employment verification, employee surveys, training set-up, and committee support.
• Assist with the talent acquisition social media channel.
• Facilitate candidate experiences by coordinating interviews, processing background screenings, and assisting with the overall recruitment process.
• Provide facilities support, including internal event organization and supply maintenance.
• Manage project-based tasks such as updating Excel documents, conducting research, and assisting with document creation.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office applications.
