About the role#
The Contact Center Training Intern will work with Customer Service and Help Desk trainers to support new and ongoing training initiatives. This position focuses on curriculum development, instructional design, and research. You will gain experience in a professional corporate setting while working on projects that support our training programs.
What you'll do#
- Prepare classroom and training materials for new hire classes.
- Support onboarding efforts for incoming employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify specific training needs.
- Research current instructional methods and training metrics.
- Assist in developing curriculum for our leadership training program.
- Design presentation templates and explore new e-learning methods like video and podcasts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year university program as a sophomore or higher.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or Communications.
- Experience working in a creative and productive team environment.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and in user-friendly language.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a paid position.
