About the role#
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a Software Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within technical and engineering teams to support our software projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Worth, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Develop, integrate, and test software components.
- Complete technical assignments within an engineering organization.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM major.
- Experience with Java or C++.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Linux and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile processes.
- You must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance.
