About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Lockheed Martin Space department. You will work on technical assignments in engineering organizations while on break from your university studies.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering tasks across technical teams.
- Contribute to projects in areas such as software or electronics engineering.
- Engage with team members to support ongoing technical work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the C++ programming language.
- Experience with Linux Operating Systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of development and configuration management tools like Git, GitLab, and VSCode is preferred.
- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively within a team.

- This position is located in Highlands Ranch, CO and Louisville, CO.
- This is an on-site role.
