Lipscomb Academy is seeking student workers to support the Elementary Extended Day program. This role involves supervising children ranging from two-year-olds through fifth graders, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience after school.
What you'll do#
- Supervise children in the after-care program.
- Lead indoor and outdoor activities and games.
- Read books to students.
- Encourage and motivate children.
- Assist with diaper changes when working with the younger age groups.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Lipscomb Academy High School or Lipscomb University student.
- Previous experience supervising children is welcomed but not required.
- Three references included in the application process.
Location & details#
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:45/3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Flexible days are available if needed.
- Term: Rolling.
- Note: This position may be eligible for federal work study for qualified Lipscomb University students.
