About the role#
This is a part-time Nurse Extern position based in Ottumwa, Iowa. The role offers flexible PRN hours with a requirement of at least one shift per month. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours and are available during day, mid, or night rotations.
What you'll do#
- Perform technical skills according to established policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Apply knowledge of age-related factors when providing patient care.
- Resolve customer complaints as they arise.
- Maintain integrity and demonstrate respect for yourself and others.
- Provide a positive first impression for patients and visitors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a School of Nursing.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
