About the role#
The Student Relations Regional Utility supports school sites across the region, including Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley. This role focuses on student records, the compliance program, and Average Daily Attendance (ADA) tracking. You will serve as a point of contact for students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress and information. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. You will travel between locations to meet specific site needs.
What you'll do#
- Manage, coordinate, supervise, coach, and direct team members and their daily activities.
- Verify Master Agreements and Addendums for compliance.
- Maintain daily student data records and run weekly reports.
- Review and confirm ADA tracking data.
- Identify, record, and communicate deficiencies found in student folders.
- Assist teachers with tasks to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and assist with registrar duties.
- Ensure all enrollment paperwork is complete and entered into the database.
- Send transition notifications.
- Collaborate with the Student Relations Manager or Regional Student Relations Manager.
- Participate in staff meetings and student events like graduations or open houses.
