    About the role#

    As a Cognitive Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students to improve their mental abilities. This role focuses on helping clients enhance skills like memory, attention, and processing speed. You will create a supportive environment where you challenge and motivate students while celebrating their progress.

    What you'll do#

    • Deliver one-on-one cognitive training sessions.
    • Implement personalized training plans for each client.
    • Use various tools and techniques to keep sessions engaging.
    • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to families.
    • Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
    • Work directly with students of all ages.

    What you'll need#

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology.
    • Strong reading and spelling skills.
    • Ability to learn and process information quickly.
    • A positive, coach-like attitude and a desire to help others.
    • Willingness to complete the required brain training certification.
    • High motivation and a teachable mindset.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Reston, Virginia.
    • This is a paid, part-time position.
    • Availability is required for at least three weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
