About the role#
LearningRx is looking for Brain Trainers to work with students of all ages. You will deliver one-on-one cognitive training sessions to help clients improve skills like memory, attention, and processing speed. This is a part-time role that offers paid training and opportunities for advancement.
What you'll do#
- Implement personalized cognitive training plans for each client.
- Deliver sessions using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress.
- Create an environment that supports and motivates students.
- Celebrate achievements with students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of all sessions.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology.
- A positive, coach-like attitude and a desire to help others.
- Strong reading and spelling skills.
- Ability to learn new information quickly.
- High motivation and a teachable mindset.
- Availability to work at least two weekdays between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Availability to work on Saturdays or Sundays.
