About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time internship program running from May through August 2027. You will gain hands-on professional experience by working on projects that have a direct impact on our operations. The program includes mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities to help you understand our work in the hospitality industry. You will finish the summer by presenting your project outcomes to our senior leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to real projects that will be implemented within the organization.
- Manage point of sale survey processes, including post-visit and move-in surveys.
- Assist with questionnaire development and research projects.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across different departments.
- Participate in professional development and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Market Research, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full 12-week program.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
