About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Des Moines, Iowa, for 40 hours per week. The program offers hands-on experience through mentorship, training, and shadowing. You will work on projects that have a direct impact on the organization and conclude your summer by presenting your work to the senior leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Support the Legal Department in its daily service delivery.
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, letters, and memoranda.
- Assist with the implementation of a contract management and storage system.
- Conduct legal and compliance research.
- Collaborate with leaders and team members across various departments.
- Participate in professional development and networking activities.
- Adapt to changing tasks based on business needs while following company policies and codes.

- Current enrollment in a college or university program.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week program.
