About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week internship running from May through August 2027. You will gain hands-on professional experience by working on projects that impact our business operations. The program includes mentorship and exposure to senior leadership, concluding with a final presentation on your project outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain technical training materials like manuals, presentations, and online courses.
- Partner with IT and business users to develop rollout plans.
- Facilitate training sessions, manage online platforms, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Administer the Learning Management System by uploading content, tracking participation, and generating reports.
- Identify training needs through data analysis and consultation with subject matter experts.
- Build a business case for your assignments, including resource needs and project milestones.
- Review and test training content for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training projects while providing weekly status updates to your manager.
- Research current trends in e-learning to suggest improvements.
- Evaluate the success of your projects against the original business case.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelors or masters program in Education, Instructional Design, or Technical Writing.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, content authoring software, and LMS platforms is a plus.
