About the role#
L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Systems Engineering Intern to join the team in Salt Lake City. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling start date. You will work a 9/80 schedule, which includes every other Friday off.
What you'll do#
- Analyze system requirements from end users and systems.
- Perform operational analysis and create concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
- Support the development and evaluation of system designs and architectures.
- Create test plans, procedures, and cases.
- Run tests and document your findings.
- Use software tools, scripting, and hardware or software troubleshooting to solve problems.
- Present design activity plans and project status to internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, or Aerospace Engineering at an accredited university.
- Experience or coursework in systems engineering, systems architecture, systems analysis and design, system performance modeling, integration, or project management.
- Familiarity with Rhapsody.
