About the role#
This is a 16-month co-op position based in Waterdown, Ontario. You will work with the Business Development team to support the Demonstration Asset Team and the Demand Management function. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Receive and process asset requests and facilitate workflow approvals.
- Work with the Demo Project Specialist to plan and execute demo projects.
- Enter and validate data in project scheduling tools.
- Coordinate technical support requirements and complete administrative paperwork, including shipping forms, export applications, bailment contracts, and FDA forms.
- Track project budget values to support monthly forecasting and accruals.
- Manage daily orders and update sales forecasts.
- Generate internal purchase requisitions for customer spec builds.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide end-user support, training, and coaching for the application.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects and communicate across teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business program at an accredited university and in good standing with your co-op program.
- Ability to commit to a 16-month term starting in May 2026.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Acute attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) clearance.
