About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Manufacturing Engineering Internship based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. You will work on-site as part of our manufacturing team.
What you'll do#
- Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
- Design, develop, and transfer engineering tools, systems, and strategies.
- Create manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
- Coordinate the release of new products by working directly with engineering teams.
- Estimate manufacturing costs and determine time standards.
- Make recommendations for tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
- Maintain records and reporting systems to support manufacturing operations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Pro-E.
- Familiarity with MS Project or MS SharePoint.
- Strong technical writing skills.
