About the role#
The Sephora Wholesale Intern will support the growth and development of the L'OCCITANE Group Sephora North America wholesale business. This role focuses on sales growth, administrative support, and account management, requiring a detail-oriented approach to help maintain the brand vision across internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Conduct ongoing inventory analysis and ensure Sephora's assortment remains up-to-date.
- Create new tools to streamline daily administrative tasks, with a focus on enhancing reporting and tracking systems in Excel.
- Assist with account administration, including new SKU creation, asset forms, sample management, and gratis coordination.
- Manage marketing projects such as sampling initiatives, ratings and review campaigns, local market activations, and creative requests.
- Pull sales data from retailer reports and maintain reporting files.
- Develop toolkits for the Field Sales Team, covering store events, training materials, and best practices.
- Perform online site audits of product detail pages and manage SKU updates.
- Assist with presentation planning for meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience with consumer products, specifically within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Prior experience in a beauty retail setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with the ability to use Pivot tables.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A professional, positive, and energetic attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
