About the role#
The CRM Intern supports the operational execution of Email, SMS, and Direct Mail programs for North America. You will work with channel managers to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time. This role focuses on reporting, quality assurance, documentation, and workflow support.
What you'll do#
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting for Email and SMS channels.
- Perform quality assurance checks on links, images, rendering, and copy.
- Assist with circulation tracking and version organization for Direct Mail.
- Capture competitor emails and SMS messages using a structured template.
- Take notes during meetings and maintain logs for action items.
- Update performance trackers and link hygiene logs.
- Support data entry and cross-functional operational requests.
What you'll need#
- A BA or BSC degree in Marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, specifically with VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures.
- A genuine interest in CRM operations or digital marketing.
