About the role#

The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on learning, professional development, and exposure to senior leadership. This full-time, paid position offers the opportunity to lead projects and work alongside industry professionals in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do#

• Assist retail and digital marketing managers with the development, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and research, including planning, gathering, analyzing, and reporting findings.
• Compile and organize data to summarize insights and present conclusions to team members.
• Create reports and documentation in response to business inquiries in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
• Complete and present a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to the leadership team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and apply it to business needs.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to preserve confidentiality.
• Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the United States.
