About the role#
The Summer 2025 Fry's Internship is a 15-week immersive program designed to help students grow their careers through focused assignments. Interns gain exposure to senior leadership, professional development, and hands-on experience within retail divisions.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects and refine professional skills while working alongside industry leaders.
- Gain an overview of store operations, marketing, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain management, financial analysis, and human resources.
- Participate in job shadowing with store management and complete a designated retail project.
- Work as part of an effective team while role modeling core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, or Logistics.
- Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
