PHARMACY/PHARMCST-INTERN

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work on-site to provide exceptional service and support the pharmacy department's operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer care, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the pharmacy team in meeting sales and quality assurance goals.

What you'll do#

• Create an outstanding customer experience by answering product questions and providing drug counseling.
• Accurately input patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products to discuss them competently with customers and prescribers.
• Provide support and assistance to diverse groups, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

What you'll need#

• Active enrollment in a US school of pharmacy.
• A current state-issued Pharmacy Intern license.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
