About the role#
The Kroger Operations Internship is a 12-week, full-time program running from January 11th to April 23rd, 2027. This role offers hands-on experience within our Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams. You will work alongside industry leaders and gain exposure to senior management while contributing to active operational projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and document best practices.
- Create and recommend process improvement projects.
- Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Communicate project status, identify risks, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Complete a cumulative project and present your findings to the executive team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university.
- Majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Transportation, Retail Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or other fields.
- Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a group.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
