About the role#
The Fall 2026 Warehouse Operation Intern program is a 12-week, full-time immersive experience. Interns gain hands-on exposure to Kroger's supply chain operations through project-based assignments, professional development, and interaction with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and assist in the creation of process improvement projects.
- Document supply chain processes and best practices.
- Actively seek and recommend new project opportunities.
- Partner with teams to analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present findings to the executive team.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a degree at an accredited college or university. Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Environmental Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to various organizational levels.
- Highly motivated with strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
- Must possess work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
