About the role#
The Kroger Fall 2026 Transportation Management Internship is a full-time, 12-week immersive program. This role provides students with hands-on experience within the corporate supply chain team, offering exposure to senior leadership and professional development opportunities. The program runs from August 17, 2026, through December 4, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
- Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and potential issues to relevant teams.
- Develop a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to present to the executive team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- High level of motivation with strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and in groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
