Fall 2026 Retail Operations (Energy) Intern

About the role#

The Fall 2026 Retail Operations (Energy) Internship is a 15-week immersive program running from August 17 to December 4. This paid, full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati, Ohio, offers students hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and professional development opportunities within a national retail environment.

What you'll do#

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and operational initiatives.
• Research industry trends, new technologies, products, and best practices to support the development of energy reduction projects.
• Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure information remains accurate and current.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall team efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0. This role is open to all majors, including Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Data Science, Operations Management, Economics, Logistics, Marketing, and Communications.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of multi-tasking ability and attention to detail.
