About the role#

The Fall 2026 Planning Intern for Fresh Replenishment Produce-Supply Chain will join a 12-week immersive program running from August 17 to December 4, 2026. This full-time, paid internship provides hands-on experience within the corporate supply chain team, offering exposure to senior leadership and professional development opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
• Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
• Assist with project risk management, including developing mitigation plans and escalating unresolved issues.
• Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present findings to the executive team or management.

What you'll need#

• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Human Resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• High level of motivation and the ability to take initiative on independent work.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States without the need for future visa sponsorship.
