Fall 2026 Planning Intern: CTR Store Replenishment-Supply Chain

About the role#

The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience running from August 17 to December 4, 2026. This role is based within the Corporate Supply Chain team, focusing on Store Replenishment. Interns will work on focused assignments, gain exposure to senior leadership, and participate in professional development opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and assist in the creation of process improvement projects.
• Document supply chain processes and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver supply chain solutions, including identifying and escalating project risks.
• Actively seek and recommend new project opportunities.
• Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to present to the executive team or management.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with a preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the United States that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
