Fall 2026 Operations Intern- Supply Chain

About the role#

The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on learning and professional development. Interns will work within the Corporate Supply Chain team and various operational departments, gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing to real-world projects.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and contribute to process improvement projects.
• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to strict timelines.
• Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, and deliver supply chain solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and present a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to the executive team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.
• Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
