About the role#
This 16-week immersive co-op program provides students with hands-on training and mentorship within the corporate merchandising function. Interns work alongside industry leaders to drive projects that impact business operations and consumer experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Merchandising group in achieving department goals and objectives.
- Support department activities, including end-to-end assortment, financials, analysis, and category strategy.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner with guidance from department managers.
- Interpret data trends to inform business decisions and provide feedback during team meetings.
- Communicate status updates and potential issues to team members.
- Develop a cumulative project summarizing your accomplishments to present to the Merchandising leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
- Highly motivated mindset with a desire to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and within a group setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Communications, Economics, Statistics, or Data Science.
