Fall 2026 Maintenance /Operation Intern- Supply Chain

About the role#

The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on learning and professional development. This internship runs from August 17th to December 4th, 2026. Interns will work within the supply chain and operational departments, gaining exposure to senior leadership and contributing to meaningful projects.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the appropriate teams.
• Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present findings to management or the executive team.

What you'll need#

• Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university. Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in group settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative.
