Fall 2026 Human Resources Intern- Supply Chain

About the role#

The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to provide students with hands-on learning and professional development. This role focuses on the Supply Chain department, offering exposure to operations, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will work alongside industry leaders to refine professional skills and contribute to meaningful projects.

What you'll do#

• Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
• Conduct supply chain analysis and partner with teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Assist in the creation and development of process improvement projects.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to present to the executive team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and in group settings.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to change as a positive challenge.
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the United States.

• Term: Fall 2026 (August 17th – December 4th).
• Modality: On-site.
