Fall 2026 Enterprise Sourcing Intern

About the role#

The Fall 2026 Enterprise Sourcing Internship is a 12-week immersive program running from August 17 to December 4. You will join the Sourcing and Cost Management department to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What you'll do#

• Work with a team to understand departmental initiatives, including cross-functional collaboration with Category Managers and suppliers.
• Analyze historical and current data to develop insights that improve the forward-looking profitability of the company.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to deliver actionable results from your data analysis.
• Participate in strategic discussions, lead meetings as necessary, and present your cumulative project to the Enterprise Sourcing leadership team.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner with guidance from Analyst and Senior Analyst mentors.

What you'll need#

• Active pursuit of a degree at an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.2.
• Sophomore standing or higher, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond to changing business priorities and preserve the confidentiality of information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A commitment to providing customer service that makes internal and external customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States without the need for future visa sponsorship.
