About the role#
The Kroger Fall Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience running from August 17 to December 4, 2026. This full-time, paid position provides students with hands-on experience within the Corporate Supply Chain team and related operational departments. Interns will work alongside industry leaders to refine professional skills and contribute to meaningful business projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the creation and implementation of process improvement projects.
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis to support business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present findings to management or the executive team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
