About the role#
The Supply Chain-Engineering Internship is an immersive, paid experience within the corporate supply chain team. Interns work on hands-on assignments and gain exposure to senior leadership while developing professional skills in a retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while adhering to established timelines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and assist in the creation of process improvement projects.
- Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, document, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Assist with the documentation of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Communicate project status and potential risks to relevant teams.
- Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments and present findings to management or the executive team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information for business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A highly motivated mindset with the desire to take initiative and work effectively both independently and in groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
