Fall 2025 Marketing Intern -Fry's

About the role#

The Fall 2025 Marketing Internship at Fry's provides an immersive experience designed to build professional skills through hands-on assignments. Interns gain exposure to retail operations, merchandising, supply chain management, and human resources. This program includes job shadowing with store management, the completion of a cumulative retail project to be presented to division leadership, and training across retail stores, distribution centers, and division offices.

What you'll do#

• Gain an understanding of how to create a favorable customer shopping experience and the role of associate engagement in customer relations.
• Observe how store managers lead teams in the planning, implementation, and execution of merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Learn how store managers develop action plans and communicate effectively with associates.
• Role model the highest level of customer service and the company's core values.
• Complete special assignments as requested.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Economics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate change and respond to challenges with a positive demeanor.
• Initiative to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply it to business needs.
• Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
