Facility Engineering Intern

About the role#

The Kroger Summer Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to help students grow their professional careers through focused assignments. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities to work alongside industry professionals.

What you'll do#

• Assist retail and digital marketing managers with the development, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and research, including planning, gathering, analyzing, and reporting findings.
• Compile and organize data to present conclusions to team members.
• Create reports and documentation in response to organizational inquiries.
• Complete a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments to present to the leadership team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
• Highly motivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and in groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
