Facility Engineering Intern

About the role#

The Facility Engineering Intern position is part of a 12-week immersive summer program. Interns gain hands-on experience by leading projects, working alongside industry leaders, and collaborating with other students. The program includes the completion of a cumulative project summarizing internship accomplishments, which is presented to the leadership team at the end of the term.

What you'll do#

• Assist retail and digital marketing managers with the development, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
• Conduct data collection and research, covering all phases from planning and gathering to analyzing and reporting.
• Provide research on products, competitors, services, and internal processes.
• Compile and organize data to summarize findings and present conclusions to team members.
• Create reports and documentation in response to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate status updates and potential issues to relevant team members.
• Provide support materials to stores and divisions as requested.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and in groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply findings to business needs.
• High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship for employment in the United States.
