About the role#
The Continuous Improvement Intern role is a full-time, 12-week immersive program. You will work within the corporate supply chain team and various operational departments to gain hands-on experience. This role focuses on project management, process refinement, and professional development. You will work alongside industry leaders and connect with other students. The program runs from January 11th to April 23rd, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple supply chain projects while meeting deadlines.
- Conduct supply chain analysis and document best practices.
- Create and recommend new process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with teams to elicit, analyze, and deliver supply chain solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop plans to address project risks and escalate unresolved issues.
- Complete a cumulative project and present your findings to the executive team or management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
- Preferred majors include Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Retail Management, Food Science, or Operations Management, though all majors are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a group.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to various organizational levels.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship now or in the future.
