About the role#
The Booking Intern provides administrative, research, and project support to the Booking Department. You will gain hands-on experience in the live entertainment and venue booking industry while assisting with day-to-day operations.
What you'll do#
- Research artists and markets to support booking initiatives.
- Assist with availability and routing research for potential events.
- Manage and maintain the booking calendar.
- Update databases, generate tracking reports, and perform general data maintenance.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain event folders and booking documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- A strong interest in live entertainment, venue booking, or event management.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entertainment Management, Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing.
- Preferred: Previous internship, work, or volunteer experience in live entertainment, venues, events, or hospitality.

- Compensation: $19.29 per hour.
- Benefits: 401K with employer match.
- Schedule: Part-time, variable hours. You must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days.
