About the role#
As a Kodiak Intern, you will work with our healthcare team to support hospitals and health systems across the country. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to projects that improve operations, finance, and technology. This internship offers exposure to various healthcare functions and gives you the chance to deliver insights that help our clients improve their performance.
What you'll do#
- Analyze data and operations to uncover insights for healthcare clients.
- Construct client-facing reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support operational improvement initiatives across hospitals and health systems.
- Perform deep financial analysis for hospital operations.
- Assist with revenue operations enhancements and financial modeling.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Must be a current college junior on track to graduate in May 2028.
- Analytical thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to use technology to solve business challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- This is a remote, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
