About the role#
Molex Aerospace and Defense Solutions is looking for interns to join our team in Georgetown, Texas. This program provides students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in the aerospace and defense manufacturing sector. You will work alongside professionals to support projects that create value for our customers and the business.
What you'll do#
- Support projects that create value for customers and the business.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, product management, and commercial teams.
- Analyze information, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present recommendations and project outcomes to business leaders.

- Gain real-world experience in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, work, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
