About the role#
Phillips Medisize is seeking an Accounting & Finance Intern for our Summer 2027 program. This is a 12-week, full-time, on-site internship based in Hudson, Wisconsin. You will work alongside our team to solve real problems and gain experience within our finance and operational functions.
What you'll do#
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis to communicate business results.
- Monitor and analyze financial results and forecasts to determine business progress and provide analytical insights.
- Support the Operations Finance team by preparing financial analyses that drive action across our manufacturing locations.
- Collaborate across finance and operational capabilities to implement process improvements.
- Participate in networking events, case studies, and the company Innovation Challenge.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree or alternative program, such as a 2-year technical college or certificate program.
- Eligibility for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
