About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineering professionals. You will receive mentorship while taking on challenging tasks. The program provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, including installation and design work. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a team of engineering professionals.
- Assist with design and project engineering tasks.
- Participate in installation activities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience or knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, preferably with Allen Bradley systems.
- Familiarity with industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, or ProfiNet.
- Willingness to travel to job sites for extended periods.

- Location: Rochester Hills, Michigan.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: 25 to 28 USD per hour.
