About the role#
The Enterprise Business Improvement Services team is seeking a Strategic Management Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives and working alongside senior leadership. This intern will play an important role in the development of the 2027 Strategic Plan.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of the 2027 Strategic Plan.
- Collect and consolidate strategic plans from departments across the organization.
- Format, analyze, and evaluate department-level strategic plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Prepare reports and materials to support strategic planning efforts.
- Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program or status as a high-performing undergraduate Junior or Senior.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the workday.
