About the role#
As a Software Intern at KLA, you will contribute to the development of software infrastructure for data analysis and machine learning. You will work within the Semiconductor Products and Customers business unit, helping to build tools that support high-quality manufacturing for technologies like AI and automotive electronics. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Develop software infrastructure for scalable data analysis and machine learning applications.
- Design distributed applications.
- Write clean code and implement automated tests to ensure software quality.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Computer Science or an engineering field.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience using object-oriented principles and design patterns.
- Ability to develop applications for Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with containers and Docker for packaging software services.
- Knowledge of C++ is a plus.
