About the role#
As a member of the Upgrades & Migration team within Global Customer Care, you will provide technical support to customers and manage operational tasks. This role involves coordinating customer upgrade projects and resolving service issues.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate product updates and upgrades for customer environments.
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders while remaining flexible.
- Create and communicate maintenance windows to internal and external audiences.
- Implement and validate change log evidence.
- Manage support cases and update knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate change introductions on Windows platforms, including data center maintenance.
- Create and analyze analytic comparison reports for quarterly patch management.
- Attend weekly support meetings to track changes and identify potential issues.
- Maintain strict adherence to security and confidentiality protocols.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational, research, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows environments.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-month position starting in January 2027.
- The role is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- This position is open to co-op students and interns.
