The Drafting & Design (CAD) Intern role is an on-site position based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Use basic computer drafting software to generate site plans and construction drawings.
- Learn one or more software programs specific to your discipline.
- Develop familiarity with company practices, procedures, and standards.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a technical degree program focused on CAD or a relevant field, such as Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Graphic Design.
- Basic working knowledge of CAD.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.
