About the role#
Kimley-Horn is hiring Civil Engineering Interns for our Woodstock, Georgia office during the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC project deliverables.
- Contribute to pre-construction design, planning, permitting, and analysis across various projects.
- Solve problems and assist project managers while collaborating with other disciplines.
- Learn discipline-specific software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, or GIS.
- Develop an understanding of federal, state, and local regulations along with company procedures.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree from an ABET accredited program.
- Eligible majors include Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, as well as Engineering Technology.
