About the role#
As a Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) Knowledge Engineer and Application Development Intern, you will support the development and maintenance of product configuration applications. You will work with the Knowledge Engineering team to design product structures that simplify the quote-to-order process. This role involves collaborating across departments to automate and modernize order fulfillment processes, ensuring that complex product configurations remain accurate and user-friendly.
What you'll do#
- Design new methods to optimize the product quote-to-order experience.
- Shorten the time to market for new products through improved configuration processes.
- Build and maintain software solutions for Technology Order Fulfillment that integrate with enterprise systems.
- Modernize existing digital assets to replace manual tasks and remove process waste.
- Focus on increasing overall team efficiency and productivity.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree.
- Experience with web application development and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, CRUD operations, and SQL or T-SQL.
- Ability to analyze data using tools like Power BI or report builders.
