About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers MBA students the chance to work on live brand challenges at Keurig Dr Pepper. You will own an individual project from start to finish, ranging from brand strategy and consumer insights to go-to-market planning. At the end of the program, you will present your findings and recommendations to senior marketing leadership. The role is full-time and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Own and drive an individual brand project end-to-end.
- Analyze brand, industry, and consumer data to identify business opportunities.
- Use syndicated data tools to uncover insights and build strategic recommendations.
- Translate consumer understanding into actionable implications for your brand.
- Contribute to brand planning conversations and develop supporting materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Innovation, Sales, and Operations.
- Deliver a final strategic presentation to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a two-year full-time MBA program, between your 1st and 2nd year.
- 3-6 years of full-time post-undergraduate professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
- Marketing concentration, CPG experience, and familiarity with syndicated marketing research databases are pluses.
- Must have work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

- Location: Frisco, Texas.
- Program dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $2,250 per week plus a $7,000 sign-on bonus.
